Job description

Amazon Ads develops advertising solutions that help brands and agencies connect with customers across Amazon's properties and the broader digital landscape. This role sits within the Amazon Ads marketing education team and supports the design and development of learning content across a range of programs targeting partners and advertisers.
The Learning Experience Designer is responsible for scoping, designing, and developing high-quality product and skill-based education content in multiple modalities. This individual will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop eLearning and in-person content, and ensure training is accurate, effective, and aligned to program goals

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the AdTech industry and landscape, with previous experience building customer-facing content for both online and in-person consumption.
Key job responsibilities
Conduct needs analyses to scope curriculum requirements, identify performance gaps, and define learning objectives aligned to business priorities.
Guide all phases of content development from initial scoping through delivery and iteration.
Write detailed storyboards that define content structure, instructional flow, visual direction, and interactivity for eLearning modules, webinars, and live events
Write scripts for video, audio narration, and scenario-based learning content, incorporating visual recommendations to guide media production.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather source content and validate accuracy during design and development.
Translate complex subject matter into clear, learner-centered content appropriate for the target audience.
Manage content development timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
