In this role, you will:

  • Assist in installing motorized screens, pergola systems, and shade structures for outdoor living spaces.
  • Perform light carpentry work, including framing, trim, and finishing tasks to support custom builds.
  • Help install outdoor kitchens, appliances, and cabinetry, ensuring precision and functionality.
  • Set up and test outdoor audio systems, lighting, and other low-voltage components.
  • Collaborate closely with lead technicians and project managers to ensure each installation meets ZLM’s standards of excellence.
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites and assist with loading/unloading tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with teammates and clients to ensure clear expectations and satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work safely in outdoor environments year-round.
