This role ensures seamless execution of executive, enterprise, and hybrid meetings by owning AV platforms, conference room technology, live events, and associated vendor relationships. The position plays a critical role in enabling productivity, maintaining professional meeting standards, and supporting executive and client-facing engagements across the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage daily audio-visual operations for conference rooms, executive areas, and collaboration spaces
  • Provide hands-on and remote support for executive meetings, town halls, departmental and group functions, as well as company-wide events
  • Serve as the escalation point for AV incidents impacting leadership business-critical meetings
  • Manage and maintain collaboration hardware (cameras, microphones, controllers, displays) and room platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams Rooms)
  • Partner with Facilities, IT Infrastructure, Executive Management, and Security teams to ensure AV standards, room readiness, and maximum uptime
  • Establish and enforce AV standards, documentation, and operating procedures
  • Manage AV vendors, contracts, and service engagements as needed
  • Proactively monitor system health and implement improvements to reduce meeting disruptions
  • Plan and support new office buildouts, room upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives
Required Skills/Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience supporting and/or managing enterprise audio-visual (AV) and collaboration environments (corporate offices, conference centers, or similar)
  • 6+ years of hands-on troubleshooting experience across AV hardware, collaboration software, and network-dependent systems (audio DSP, cameras, microphones, control systems, codecs, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience supporting executive-level and client-facing meetings with professionalism and urgency, including live/on-call support during high-visibility events
  • 4+ years of experience working in hybrid work environments supporting a mix of in-room and remote participants
  • 4+ years of experience balancing hands-on operational support with process improvement, documentation, and standards (SOPs/runbooks)

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Deep knowledge of enterprise AV signal flow, conferencing architectures, and room standards (audio, video, control, and display systems)
  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills across hardware, software, and network-dependent collaboration systems
  • Ability to design, standardize, and document repeatable processes (runbooks, SOPs, room commissioning checklists) to improve reliability and supportability
  • Skill in executive support: calm, professional presence; discretion; and the ability to prioritize and respond quickly during high-visibility meetings and events
  • Vendor and stakeholder management skills, including scoping work, managing SLAs/SOWs, and coordinating with Facilities, Security, and IT Infrastructure teams
  • Project planning and delivery skills for room upgrades, new buildouts, and technology refreshes, including scheduling, testing, and cutover support
  • Ability to monitor operational health, analyze recurring issues, and drive continuous improvements to reduce meeting disruptions
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills to translate technical issues into business impact and provide concise status updates

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, or similar enterprise meeting platforms
  • 4+ years of experience with Crestron control systems and/or room reservation and scheduling platforms
  • 4+ years of vendor, procurement, and contract management experience (SOWs, SLAs, service partners)
  • 3+ years in a lead, supervisor, or manager-level capacity in IT or AV operations (people management experience strongly preferred)

  • ITIL 4 Foundation (preferred for incident/change process alignment)
  • CompTIA Network+ (or equivalent networking fundamentals) is a plus
