We're currently looking to fill our PRODUCTION OPERATOR positions at our client's facility located in Livonia, MI.

SHIFT TIMES:

1ST SHIFT- 7:20am - 3:30pm (M-F)

2ND SHIFT- 3:20pm - 11:30pm (M-F)

3RD SHIFT- 11:20pm - 7:30am (Sun-Thurs) 

Mandatory Overtime could be required

Overtime for 1st and 2nd shift: Saturday

Overtime for 3rd shift: Friday Night

Compensation

$16-$16.60/hr

What will you do?

  • Ensure a safe work environment while complying with environmental and quality rules and policies (ISO14001, TS16949, MIOSHA).
  • Wear proper PPE at all times per Safety Program
  • Maintain a clean organized and safe work area
  • Operate equipment in a safe and productive manner
  • Understand and follow written, verbal, and visual process instructions
  • Properly use gages to perform process as instructed
  • Proper part identification
  • Completion of manufacturing related documentation, including, but not limited to production sheets and scrap reporting.
  • Support the corrective/preventive action process (ie: Safety, Scrap reduction, etc…).
  • Communicate with all levels of employees within the organization and support teams to resolve production problems and issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What makes you a good fit?

  • Consistent employment history (preferrably in the Automotive industry, or a manufacturing plant/warehouse environment)
  • Lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to push/pull up to 40 pounds
  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Take a Basic Industrial Skills Assessment 
  • Willing to undergo and successfully pass a background check and urine Drug test
  • Can obtain steel-toed boots/shoes upon a job offer
  • Have RELIABLE transportation
