As a CRM Automation Specialist, you'll be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing email, SMS, and automated marketing campaigns through HubSpot. This is an onsite position based at our Tualatin, OR office. You'll manage campaigns throughout the customer journey, ensuring accurate audience segmentation, workflow automation, personalization, and reporting. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll help improve customer engagement, campaign performance, and marketing operations through data-driven decision making and continuous optimization.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution: Build, test, launch, and optimize email, SMS, and automated marketing campaigns in HubSpot. 
  • Customer Journey Management: Manage audience segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle workflows to deliver targeted customer experiences. 
  • Marketing Automation: Create and maintain workflows, lists, forms, landing pages, and other campaign assets. 
  • CRM Data Management: Maintain accurate customer data across HubSpot and Salesforce, including contact records, lifecycle stages, subscription preferences, and campaign associates. 
  • Quality Assurance: Test campaigns, workflows, links, and tracking to ensure a seamless customer experience. 
  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, develop reports, and recommend improvements based on data. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to coordinate campaign timelines, assets, testing, and approvals. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Troubleshoot campaign and workflow issues while identifying opportunities to enhance automation and customer engagement. 
  • Additional Tasks: Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. 
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or a related marketing role. 
  • HubSpot Expertise: Hands-on experience building and managing campaigns, workflows, lists, and automation in HubSpot. 
  • Salesforce Knowledge: Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its integration with marketing automation platforms.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Experience developing and executing customer lifecycle strategies that drive engagement, retention, and repeat business. 
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Organization & Collaboration: Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams. 
Technical Skills
  • HubSpot: Proficiency using HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM to build, manage, and optimize campaigns. 
  • Marketing Automation: Experience creating workflows, automated customer journeys, and lifecycle campaigns. 
  • Audience Management: Knowledge of customer segmentation, dynamic lists, and personalization strategies. 
  • Reporting & Analytics: Ability to analyze campaign performance, build reports, and leverage data to optimize results.
  • CRM & Data Management: Experience maintaining CRM data integrity, contact records, lifecycle stages, and subscription preferences. 
Physical Requirements
  • Computer & Office Work: Ability to work at a computer and use standard office equipment for extended periods.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, email, and virtual platforms.
