Job description

LINK Media is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive advertising and sponsorship revenue for LINK nky and CityBeat. This is an inside sales role focused on outbound prospecting and appointment setting. Your job is to generate conversations and schedule qualified meetings for our Account Executives. We sell advertising across print, digital, social media, and events. We are a small, fast-moving company. Everyone here plays a critical role. We value drive, flexibility, professionalism, and the understanding that what we're building is bigger than any one person.
Compensation: Negotiable based on experience. Base compensation with performance incentives tied to meetings set and opportunities generated.
What You'll Do:
  • Calls. You'll be making a high volume of outbound calls daily
  • Execute a structured outreach cadence
  • Identify and qualify decision-makers
  • Schedule sales meetings for Account Executives
  • Track activity and outcomes in our CRM
  • Maintain consistent follow-up through phone and email
  • Not be a jerk. We expect ethical and respectful treatment of our team and prospective advertisers
