Role Overview

As Senior Event Marketing Manager - Americas, you will lead the event marketing strategy across the region, driving audience growth, brand positioning and commercial performance for Risk Global's events and market access solutions.

This is a highimpact role within a fastpaced environment, working across multiple brands, products and teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop event marketing strategies for the Americas in partnership with Sales and Product teams
  • Define and execute integrated, multichannel marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives
  • Plan and deliver marketing strategies across products, regions and target audiences
  • Own and track marketing performance against KPIs, revenue targets and audience growth metrics
  • Lead marketing delivery across key flagship events including Risk Live Boston, Energy Risk USA, Tech & Data in Financial Markets and Risk Live Nashville
  • Set, manage and optimise marketing budgets to maximise return on investment
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour to inform strategy
  • Analyse internal and external data to drive audience development and database growth strategies
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to deliver consistent crossregional messaging and campaign alignment

Requirements

       Events marketing experience is a must. Preferably in a B2B environment.

       Strategic thinker with strong execution and project management skills

       Strong knowledge and understanding of the marketing mix, including both digital and direct marketing

       Proven success in driving qualified leads and achieving revenue goals

       Analytical with the ability to translate outcomes into creative/innovate initiatives

       Strong understanding of market research

       Experience in developing and executing new product launches

       Strong proficiency in PPC, social media marketing, and campaign optimization

       Commercially focused and driven with the desire to aggressively grow revenues in the Americas

       Thrives under pressure and is proactive at coming up with solutions

       A skilled communicator and influencer
