Role Description The Audi Brand Specialist is responsible for guiding clients through the vehicle purchase process, from initial greeting to delivery. Day-to-day tasks include engaging showroom guests, identifying their needs, presenting Audi vehicles and features, conducting test drives, and explaining pricing, financing, and lease options. The role also involves managing follow-up communications, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and coordinating with the finance and service departments to support a seamless client experience. The Audi Brand Specialist will participate in product training, stay current on Audi models and technology, and assist with dealership events and marketing activities. This is an on-site role located in Woodstock, GA.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service, relationship-building, and client communication skills.
