An Auction Manager works closely with various departments such as marketing, finance, operations, and customer service to coordinate all aspects of an auction. They collaborate with the marketing team to promote the event, liaise with finance to oversee payments and settlements, and work with operations to ensure auction items are properly catalogued and displayed. Regular communication and teamwork are essential to address challenges and ensure the auction runs smoothly from planning through execution.
