Daybreak Metro is hiring a full-time, experienced Rollback Driver to pick up vehicles throughout the Valley and deliver them to our yard or auction locations. It's that simple!
First priority is transporting recovered vehicles to our yard, with occasional assistance delivering to auction.
Pay Rate: $23–$25 per hour, plus a $10 transportation rate for each vehicle transported, including stash vehicles, auction deliveries, voluntary recoveries, and/or impounds.
Night Shift Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 PM–3:30 AM 

What You'll Be Doing
  • Pick up recovered vehicles throughout the Valley
  • Safely load, strap down, and transport vehicles via flatbed/rollback
  • Deliver vehicles primarily to our yard, occasionally to auction locations
  • Operate multiplatform system software for documentation
  • Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and personal safety guidelines
What You'll Need
  • Flatbed/rollback towing experience preferred
  • Acceptable driving record (minor offenses okay)
  • Must be 25 years of age or older (insurance requirement)
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must pass a drug screen
  • Eligibility to obtain a Repossession License through the State of California with licensing costs paid by the company.
