Position Summary
Auction.com is seeking a high-performing, relationship-driven professional to manage and grow strategic partnerships with mortgage servicers and banking clients. This role blends account management, client retention, and business development, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth, expanding client engagement, and uncovering new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the mortgage servicing landscape, a consultative sales mindset, and the ability to build trusted executive-level relationships. This individual will play a key role in protecting and growing revenue by identifying client needs, positioning value-added solutions, and expanding Auction.com's market presence across the default and real estate ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary strategic relationship manager for assigned mortgage servicing and banking clients, driving long-term partnership growth and retention
• Develop deep client relationships through proactive communication, consultative support, and consistent delivery of measurable business value
• Identify and pursue revenue growth opportunities within existing accounts, including cross-selling services, expanding geographic coverage, and introducing new asset solutions
• Support new business development initiatives through prospect research, pipeline development, outreach coordination, and proposal support
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, product, and leadership teams to develop customized client strategies and solutions
• Monitor client scorecards, KPIs, portfolio trends, and operational performance to identify opportunities for optimization and business expansion
• Deliver impactful client presentations, quarterly business reviews, and RFP responses that reinforce value proposition and growth opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM reporting, pipeline activity, and account forecasting to support sales visibility and strategic planning
• Represent Auction.com at client meetings, industry conferences, and networking events to strengthen relationships and generate new business opportunities
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Strong understanding of mortgage servicing, default servicing, foreclosure, REO, or related banking operations
• Proven relationship management and consultative sales skills with the ability to influence and build credibility with clients
• Commercially driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and close revenue growth opportunities
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with executive-level professionalism
• Analytical and strategic thinker comfortable leveraging data, KPIs, and performance metrics to support recommendations and business decisions
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• 3-6 years of experience in mortgage servicing, banking, default servicing, client success, account management, sales, or business development
• Experience managing enterprise or strategic client relationships preferred
• Background in revenue growth, account expansion, or consultative solution selling strongly preferred
Actual compensation offered will be determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for [list applicable: an annual performance bonus and or/commission.
