  • Brinson Powersports of Corsicana - 1931 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Corsicana, TX 75110

Local applicants only. This is an on-site role with active involvement at the dealership level.

Job Summary:

Sales Professionals assist customers through the entire vehicle sales process. This includes presenting products, explaining features, demonstrating vehicles, and closing deals. The role also includes developing long term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Guide customers through a structured buying process using established sales steps and procedures

  • Develop thorough product knowledge on vehicle features and technologies

  • Demonstrate vehicles in the showroom and on test drives

  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand operating features, warranties, and paperwork

  • Maintain follow up systems to encourage repeat and referral business

  • Prospect new customers through calls, emails, and other outreach methods

  • Maintain professionalism and integrity at all times

  • Close deals while meeting or exceeding sales goals


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

  • 2–5 years of sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required

  • Automotive or ATV / UTV sales experience is a plus

  • Knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations

  • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership software preferred

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record


Working Conditions:
  • Primarily indoors with some outdoor activity

  • Daily walking, standing, and sitting required

  • Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends as needed
