Do you have the ability to guide others in life skills and personal growth? We are seeking a Spiritual Guide to support the Life Connections Program at the Carswell Federal Medical Center. This role involves assisting adults in a community setting by fostering their spiritual and personal growth. Working closely with the program chaplain and staff, you will play a key role in the development of the program and the overall progress of its participants. This is a part-time, 1099 contract position. If you're ready to make a difference in people's lives, apply today to join our team as a Spiritual Guide!   • Provide support and guidance to participants as they navigate their personal and spiritual development.
The Person
  • Must be a member in good standing with a recognized faith-based community, with a reference letter from your Pastor, Imam, or Spiritual Leader.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor of Arts degree in religious studies, education, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
