Field Coach – Security Operations (Full-Time)

Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time, motivated, and driven Field Coach to lead, train, and develop security personnel across multiple locations. This role is responsible for mentoring officers, ensuring post compliance, and maintaining high standards of performance, communication, and professionalism.

The ideal candidate brings experience in security operations, coaching, and training development, with the ability to design and deliver effective learning programs. This position plays a critical role in enhancing operational performance, supporting employee growth, and driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site visits and field inspections to ensure compliance with post orders and company standards
  • Coach, train, and mentor security officers to improve performance, accountability, and leadership development
  • Design and implement training programs using instructional design methods.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training content through on-the-job coaching
  • Complete and review multiple reports, including incident reports, performance evaluations, and site audits
  • Maintain constant communication via email and other platforms with leadership and field staff
  • Monitor officer performance, conduct evaluations, and address deficiencies or concerns
  • Assist with scheduling support and coverage coordination when needed
  • Collect and analyze data (surveys, assessments, reports) to evaluate training effectiveness and improve operations
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and properly submitted
  • Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients and staff

Required Qualifications amp; Experience

  • Active Level 3 Security License
  • TWIC Card (required)
  • Prior law enforcement experience strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of consecutive security or law enforcement employment (required)
  • Clean driving record (required)
  • Must be seeking a full-time position
  • Flexible availability required (including weekends and varied shifts)
  • Strong computer literacy with the ability to navigate multiple programs and systems
  • Experience managing multiple reports, documentation, and constant email correspondence
  • Proven experience in training, coaching, or instructional delivery within security or related fields
  • Knowledge of instructional design, curriculum development, or adult learning principles preferred
