We are looking for an experienced Attractions Manager who is passionate about elevating the guest
experience, maintaining guest satisfaction, and exceeding guest expectations through the day-to-day
operations of our arcade and other attractions. Because our Attractions Manager leads, schedules,
trains, and develops team members, we are looking for an individual with great communication skills,
patience, and someone who recognizes the importance of training and development of team members
through mentoring and coaching. This position reports to the Assistant General Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Oversee the Guest Experience & Operations side of our Attractions areas:
o Bowling Operations
o Arcade Operations
o Glow Golf Operations
o Cinema/Projection Operations
• Assisting in running the floor to elevate the guest experience, maintaining guest satisfaction,
speed of service and cleanliness of the main lobby, bathrooms, and theaters.
• Train and develop Team Members in all attraction's areas.
• Partner with the Training & Guest Service Manager and Assistant General Manager to develop
growth plans for team members.
• Assist with the orders/inventory, replenishment, and functionality of our redemption stockrooms
and redemption arcade floor rooms.
• Participate in company's leadership programs and weekly calls.
• Ensure all arcade games and projectors are regularly being serviced, maintained, and cleaned.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with arcade games and projectors, compile necessary part
orders for Attractions Manager, and complete mechanical, electrical, hardware, and software
repairs.
• Provide IT support for POS software, VOIP phones, and merchant processing hardware.
• Maintain all hardware elements of theater projectors, audio, and video systems of the center.
