Job description

Position Title: Special Education Litigation Attorney
This role is designed for a dedicated legal professional with a passion for special education law. The attorney will engage in defense work, focusing on cases that require a nuanced understanding of educational policies and regulations. Salary Range: $160,000 - $195,000 / Year DOE
Special Education Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:
  • Engage in defense litigation related to special education law

  • Meet a standard billable hour requirement of 1800 hours annually
  • Participate in mentorship programs to support professional development
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace culture

Special Education Litigation Attorney Requirements:
