What You'll Do
As a Store Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our store, inspiring a top-notch sales team to crush goals, delight customers, and drive profitability. Your Key Responsibilities

Onboard with Ease: Partner with trainers to welcome and train new hires

Bring Your Energy: Work 45-50 hours/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Get Hands-On: Lift up to 25 pounds when needed

What You Bring
2+ years of sales management experience with a knack for leading teams
A proven track record of smashing sales goals and delivering top-tier customer service
Stellar communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
