Administrative Assistant
Atronic Alarms is a locally owned and operated security company serving both residential and commercial customers. We specialize in security and fire alarm systems, video surveillance, access control, and automation solutions. Our reputation is built on customer service, long-term relationships, and dependable protection for our community.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support our sales, billing, and operations. This role is critical to maintaining smooth day-to-day administrative functions and delivering an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable with technology, communicates clearly, and takes pride in organization and follow-through.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming phone calls and managing/responding to emails
- Receiving and distributing sales leads
- Taking customer payments via credit card, ACH, and processing check payments
- Contacting customers regarding past due invoices and failed auto-draft payments
- Handling customer cancellation requests, including retention efforts and processing cancellation paperwork
- Converting approved sales proposals into work orders
- Invoicing customers for completed work and recurring monthly services
- Produce and distribute insurance certificates/assist customers with obtaining alarm permits
