Primary Responsibilities:
  • Diagnosis & Assessment: Conduct hearing exams (audiograms) and other tests such as video nystagmography (VNG) and Video Head Impulse Test (vHit) for pediatric and adult patients to identify the type and severity of hearing loss, balance disorders, and tinnitus
  • Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans, which can include fitting
    • Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans, including the recommendation of appropriate amplification/assistive listening devices, tinnitus counseling, and/or review of communication strategies
  • Hearing Protection: Select and fit custom musician, swim, and sleep plugs
  • Case History and Report Writing: Obtain comprehensive case history through patient interview and/or review of medical records and prepare a written report of each visit to document patient care

Required Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Audiology or Master's in audiology
  • Certified or certification eligible for the Certificate of Clinical Competence by the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association
  • State of Massachusetts license in audiology

Preferred Qualifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • New Grad encouraged to apply
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • 3+ years of professional experience working with the hearing impaired of various age

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
