Join Our Team as a CNA at Meadow Ridge

Meadow Ridge, a Benchmark Senior Living Community, is a distinctive continuing care retirement community for discerning individuals seeking a fresh perspective on senior living. Our scenic landscape spans 136 acres nestled among rolling hills, natural woodlands and open meadows for the best of Connecticut country living, located close to conveniences. Ridge Crest, our 5-star Medicare rated short- and long-term nursing center received the highest rating from US News & World Report and is recognized as a Center of Excellence in Wound Management by Wound Care Specialists. Recognition by these distinguished institutions are a testament to the quality of care we provide.

We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as CNAs for the following shift needs:

  • FT 7a - 3p & 3p -11p: 30 hours (e/o weekend requirement)
  • PT 7a-3p & 3p-11p 22.5 hours(e/o weekend requirement)
  • PT 7a -3p e/o Sunday

Hourly Wage: $21- $22.25 dependent upon date of certification

Generous Shift Differentials

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Must be a CT State Certified CNA for consideration

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
  • Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
  • Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
  • Other duties as needed.
