Ridge Crest, our 5-star Medicare rated short- and long-term nursing center received the highest rating from US News & World Report and is recognized as a Center of Excellence in Wound Management by Wound Care Specialists. Recognition by these distinguished institutions are a testament to the quality of care we provide.

We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as CNAs for the following shift needs:

  • FT 7a - 3p & 3p -11p: 30 hours (e/o weekend requirement)
  • PT 7a-3p & 3p-11p 22.5 hours(e/o weekend requirement)
  • PT 7a -3p e/o Sunday

Hourly Wage: $21- $22.25 dependent upon date of certification

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Must be a CT State Certified CNA for consideration

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
  • Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
  • Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
  • Other duties as needed.
