POSITION SUMMARY:

This co-op position will assist IT with the execution of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiative in support of Business Analysis, Testing & Quality Assurance business functions which include the following:

  • Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping for ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Procurement.
  • Support data migration activities, including data cleansing, reporting, validation, and testing.
  • Participate in system configuration under the guidance of senior analysts and implementation consultants.
  • Execute test scripts, log defects, and track resolution during system testing cycles.
  • Help develop user training materials, job aids, and reference documentation.
  • Provide golive support, including troubleshooting, ticket triage, and user assistance.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements aligned with ERP capabilities.
  • Assist with project coordination tasks such as meeting notes, status tracking, and followup actions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

  • Handson experience with a full ERP implementation lifecycle.
  • Exposure to crossfunctional business processes and enterprise technology.
  • Practical skills in systems analysis, testing, data management, and project coordination.
  • Mentorship from experienced IT and business professionals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Information Technology or related field
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Interest in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel & Visio applications
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and comfort working in a fastpaced project environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exposure to any Enterprise software package. Examples: ERP

  • Ability to regularly walk, sit, or stand
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
