Each member's care is led by a dedicated Chief Medical Officer who collaborates on your behalf with specialists in cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, gynecology, endocrinology, performance and movement, and more. Our exceptional clinicians also work closely with the 60+ members of the Atria Academy of Science & Medicine, top experts in their respective fields who are available for rapid consults, support, and referrals.
The Lead Server role at Atria Institute is pivotal and responsible for ensuring the Hospitality team is operating effectively as one through food and beverage knowledge, liaising the member experience from the initial greet to departure, delivering on special moments, execution, and leading the service team with clear directive with foresight and kindness.
  • Active member presence between both floors, initiating greets to suites and departure follow through, communicating with the kitchen, server and housekeeper team on priorities and through delegation
  • Fluid day-to-day communication between server and housekeeper teams through prioritization of tasks based on member and Institute needs
  • Assisting in execution of curated hospitality moments based on likes, recovery and feel-good opportunities
  • Leadership and oversight of daily member experience and operations
  • Engage and provide ideas in bi-weekly Line-ups and daily huddles
  • Maintain and train fellow team through high standards of food prep and knowledge, service and health and safety
  • Support all Atria events with staffing and execution
  • Curate thoughtful food and beverage offerings for members and gift amenities for ongoing member engagements
  • Estimate food and amenity needs, place orders with distributors, and schedule the delivery of fresh food and supplies along with GM of Hospitality
  • Learn and understand the fundamentals of all clinical testing available at Atria
  • Direct and alert hospitality services team on each members' appointment details and testing and how this impacts the service of food & beverage service, ie: fasting, full bladder, etc. within clinical knowledge

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service or luxury hospitality role, preferably in a healthcare or high-end service setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to provide personalized service to each member
  • Gracious leader who has experience managing teams
  • A warm and welcoming personality, with a genuine desire to create exceptional experiences for Atria's members
  • Operate with speed and grace in high pressure scenarios

Hourly Range: $34 - $36 per hour
Requirements
  • College Degree preferred
  • Min of 1 year in hospitality and operations management experience
  • Leadership experience in hospitality, including recruiting and retaining staff
  • Deep knowledge of hospitality for top tier food and beverage operations
