You can expect a comprehensive rewards package that supports your personal and professional journey.
Description - What You'll Do
- Conduct routine and complex laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-in accordance with established protocols.
- Examine results for precision, troubleshoot inaccuracies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
- Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for analysis when necessary.
- Document all processes meticulously, assist in the training of new staff members or interns, and contribute to maintaining the highest lab quality standards.

- A bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.
- Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
- Keep your certification up to date throughout your tenure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective teamwork within healthcare settings.

- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in quality control and thorough documentation.
- Competitive annual compensation based on your experience and qualifications.
- A comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
- Generous paid time off starting from day one, as well as vacation and holiday time with credit for experienced hires.
- Opportunities for ongoing education and professional development.
- A holistic total rewards package that focuses on your overall well-being.
Connecting Numbers to Lives
In this role, your diligent work with microscopes and lab instruments drives doctors' decisions-and influences patient outcomes. Whether verifying an infection requiring antibiotic treatment or identifying a metabolic imbalance early, your accuracy plays an essential role in the daily routine of physicians, nurses, and patients.
A Collaborative Spirit
This is more than just a job; it's part of a vibrant community. You'll belong to a team that believes in continuous improvement. Regular in-lab discussions, skill-building refreshers, and collaborative initiatives create an environment where your insights are valuable. You'll have the chance to participate in committees, suggest enhancements, and mentor newcomers.
Thriving Environment: Where Mountains Embrace Community
Imagine a picturesque region where mountains and lakes meet, characterized by scenic trails and vibrant local markets brimming with produce and handcrafted goods. Quaint cafés serve as social anchors, connecting friends over discussions that range from outdoor adventures to community matters. Day off possibilities include hiking scenic vistas or enjoying music festivals under the expansive sky. The local culture is welcoming and intertwined-a reflection of the healthcare community's collaborative spirit.
With easy access to nature trails, boutique shops, community theaters, and varying activities-from hiking to cycling-this area offers a lifestyle filled with engagement. Commuting flows seamlessly, providing easier access to the metropolitan area while allowing for more work-life balance compared to a bustling urban environment. Affordable housing ensures that your salary goes further, supporting great experiences-whether that be weekend excursions, outdoor activities, or attending local games.
Making a Difference in the Community
In this region, every technician is vital; each individual contributes significantly to community wellness. You'll witness the ripple effects of your work: quicker diagnoses, enhanced patient safety, and improved healthcare practices. You'll savor the heartfelt "thank you" notes that express gratitude not just for accurate results but for the timely care you help provide.
Your Next Adventure Awaits
If you're in search of more than just a paycheck-if you are fueled by purpose, personal advancement, and community impact-this opportunity is crafted for you. Whether you're a freshly certified professional or an experienced technician, you can expect support, challenges, and immense potential here.
Ready to Embrace Your Next Chapter?
Step into a position where your lab skills contribute to a community that values compassion and creativity-a place where every lab report tells a story of healing. If you are passionate about precision, teamwork, and making a difference, we're excited to get to know you.
Apply today to help forge a future where science saves lives, and where laboratory practices resonate with humanity and accuracy.
