Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The ATM Technician/Cash Loader will be responsible for transporting cash and will be trained to maintain ATM machines. Also, provide armored courier service throughout Jackson, MS and surrounding areas. Immediate position available. We have competitive pay, benefits and much more!

Pay: $19/hr-$20/hr

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Make on-site visits to locations on a route which is assigned by leadership to repair, install and/or load cash in ATM equipment

  • Engage with the customer to ensure high levels of support

  • Replace ATM parts unassisted or with assistance from Technical Support

  • Install, repair or replace ATM signage in customer locations

  • Document activities within the PAI system

  • Guard and protect the assets of the employer

  • Other field and service work as business needs present themselves, within your scope of practice

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • Compliance with all local and state firearm laws and has obtained any necessary local or state carry license or permit

  • Carry an approved firearm while performing the duties of a ATM Cash Loader

  • Clean driving record and a valid Mississippi driver's license

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality relating to sensitive information

  • Must be willing to work some overtime, weekends and holidays as needed

  • Willingness to work alone

COMPUTER / APPLICATIONS SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite to include Outlook, Word and Excel

  • Working knowledge of PAIReports a plus

  • Ability to use a mobile device for reporting activity during the day.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This work is performed on the road at different locations. The working environment can be distracting due to noise. Constant moving up/down/around the job site area.Must have the ability to bend, reach over your head and to individually lift or move up to 250 lbs. assisted with a hand-dolly.

SUPERVISORY / MANAGEMENT DUTIES:

The employee is not responsible for supervising other positions.

A combination of education, training, and experience may be substituted when competency in the role is demonstrated. Successful performance on pre-employment tests may be required. Position requires successfully passing a drug test prior to hire and upon any accident / incident or discharge of firearm while on duty.
