  • Monitors the operation of assigned slot machines and participates in payout of manual jackpots.

  • Promotes positive customer relations by providing Family Style Service at all times.

  • May perform other duties as assigned.

  • High school diploma required; two years electronics school equivalent.

  • Must be able to assist casino patrons in the use of slot machines.

  • Must possess basic math and currency handling skills.

  • Must possess excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Must be knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and respective gaming regulations.

CER License is Required 

  • Fills payout reserve containers

  • Receives currency and coupons from patrons and exchanges the same.

  • Follows all departmental and regulatory procedures required for slot service
