Summary
Manage the day to day operations of the athletic ticket office.

Essential Functions
  • Provide optimum customer service at all times.
  • Assist in season ticket sales, renewals, and mailings.
  • Communication with fans via phone, email, text, and in-person to answer questions and sell tickets.
  • Execution of game day ticketing sales and distribution.
  • Manage and coordinate all charitable donation requests.
  • Fulfill athletic department ticket requests.
  • Player pass list/compliance management using Jumpforward website.
  • Utilization of Paciolan computerized ticketing software and Salesforce CRM.
  • Other duties as assigned by Ticket Sales Coordinator and Ticket Operations Coordinator.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Strong communication, organizational and problem solving skills required.
  • Comfortable talking on the phone with customers.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle money and make change quickly and accurately.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous work experience in a ticket office or university athletic department preferred.
