This position provides the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to engage directly with clients through telehealth services. Our digital platform is designed to facilitate efficient and effective therapy sessions, providing you the tools needed for seamless interactions. • Conduct weekly therapy sessions via secure live video platforms, addressing a variety of emotional disorders.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to deliver comprehensive care, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.
• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and functional improvement metrics to inform and adjust individualized treatment plans effectively.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our intuitive therapist portal, streamlining administrative processes to allow for more client-focused time.
• Provide professional support to clients aged 13 and up, delivering therapy sessions tailored to individual needs and preferences, including work with couples.
• Adhere to HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines, ensuring the utmost respect for clients' health information.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, receiving support and supervision from the Therapy Leadership Team when necessary.

Your primary focus will be on providing therapeutic services to adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. This diverse client population often includes individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and relational issues. Your sensitivity and skills in establishing rapport will play a crucial role in supporting their therapeutic journey.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills capable of building rapport with clients from various cultural backgrounds.
• A commitment to providing client-centered, evidence-based care.

• Experience in working with a telehealth model is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
• Proven record of effectively managing client documentation and confidentiality standards.
