• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions through secure live video platforms, focusing on the needs of adults dealing with various emotional disorders.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists, fostering a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures to continually monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Create thorough clinical documentation using our user-friendly therapist portal, designed to streamline workflow and reporting.
• Provide both in-person (when applicable) and virtual talk therapy for individuals aged 13 years and older, employing diverse therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and emotionally focused therapy.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and ensure the confidentiality of all client information while fostering a secure therapeutic environment.

This role focuses on individuals and couples seeking support for various mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and relationship problems. You will work with clients aged 13 and up, providing a supportive and empathetic environment that encourages healing and personal development.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
• Must possess an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-focused environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential, with a strong ability to connect with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Experience in online therapy platforms and a comfort level with telehealth modalities.

• The annual compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, depending on experience, education, and specific skills.
