This position is entirely remote, offering flexibility in your work schedule while being part of a multidisciplinary team which collaborates virtually. • Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with adolescents, applying evidence-based techniques to address emotional disorders such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatric providers to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans that facilitate patient progress.
• Utilize automated symptom assessments and clinical measures to continuously adapt treatment plans, ensuring effective care delivery.
• Document clinical activities and treatment outcomes in our user-friendly therapist portal, enhancing administrative efficiency while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in regular consultations with the Therapy Leadership Team for professional development and to receive support for challenging cases.

• A Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited institution.
• An active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Strong capacity to function independently as well as work within a multidisciplinary team dynamic.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Previous experience in a mental health setting, particularly with adolescent populations.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies, including CBT and trauma-focused modalities.
• Experience navigating telehealth platforms and utilizing digital tools for therapy management.

• The annual salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000, contingent upon experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
