Medical Office Manager 
Internal Medicine Primary care office in Mesquite is looking to hire a dynamic individual that wants an exciting role within a growing medical practice. We are seeking an experienced, medical office manager with a desire for professional growth and development.
Responsibilities: 
Manage daily operations for the location while maintaining a professional workplace.
Train, supervise, and evaluate staff.
Communicates daily with patients, staff and vendors.
Maintain and monitor supply inventory.
Maintains and ensures patient appointments optimize patient satisfaction and facility efficiency.
Develops, implements, and maintains office policies and procedures with direction from executives.
Ensures staffing is appropriate for day-to-day operations working alongside the medical director
Promotes excellent customer service by all levels of the staff.
Ensures patient satisfaction, including troubleshooting when there is a complaint and developing process improvements to prevent recurrences.
Must have experience of medical coding and billing as a back up to the billing staff
Performs front office duties as a back up if needed in case of absence or high office demands.
Assists in special projects as needed or otherwise directed.
Experience in ATHENA is a must
Experience Requirement:
5+
 Years in a supervisory or management position at a healthcare practice.
Excellent customer service skills.
Organizational skills.
Computer software proficiency experience working in a medical office in a supervisory role.
Familiarity with medical terminology.
