The Content Operations Coordinator supports the operations, quality, and presentation of WWE and TKO content across internal systems and partner streaming platforms. This role assists with live and on-demand content quality control, metadata, editorial copy, platform artwork, Standards & Practices checks, and live operational workflows.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. This role offers exposure to live broadcast, streaming content operations, and partner-platform delivery.
Responsibilities
  • Support quality-control checks for live and on-demand WWE and TKO content before, during, and after publication.
  • Monitor live and on-demand presentation on partner platforms, including Netflix, ESPN/Disney, Peacock, and Paramount+, and escalate issues through established procedures.
  • Complete Standards & Practices checks and support enforcement of approved content guidelines.
  • Enter, update, and maintain content metadata and internal database records.
  • Write and revise short-form titles, descriptions, and editorial metadata for new and library content.
  • Coordinate with Creative and Photo teams to request, track, revise, and deliver platform imagery.
  • Trigger commercial breaks and FAST-channel schedules using established workflows. (PBR)
  • Maintain a working awareness of WWE and TKO programming, storylines, talent, and current events to support accurate content presentation.
  • Participate in scheduled night, weekend, and holiday coverage as business needs require.

Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow step-by-step procedures accurately.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and shifting priorities when live programming changes.
  • Organized, dependable, adaptable, and willing to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and occasional holidays.
  • Able to work productively with cross-functional teams and independently on assigned tasks.
  • Clear written communication skills, including the ability to write concise, accurate platform descriptions.
  • Basic proficiency with common productivity tools and a willingness to learn content-management, and quality-control systems.
  • Genuine interest in WWE and TKO content, with the willingness to stay current on active programming and storylines.
