Job Responsibilities:
  • Install and remove HVAC systems
  • Diagnose HVAC system issues
  • Provide accurate and detailed repair quotes
  • Educate customers about HVAC systems and products as needed
  • Perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems
  • Mentor and train junior team members
  • Communicate effectively with clients and customers
  • Adhere to local HVAC codes and regulations
  • Take on various tasks as directed by management based on company needs
  • Ability to lift between 50 to 100 pounds regularly, work outdoors, and crawl in tight spaces
