Job description

We are looking for a motivated and passionate bartender at Retreat Gastropub

We are looking for people with high-volume craft cocktail experience, classic cocktail, and spirit knowledge. We're also looking for someone who is just as passionate about hospitality as they are about the drinks that they serve.

The right person will be able to work in a fast-paced team environment while focusing on hospitality and customer service.

We have health insurance available to all full-time employees.

Night and Weekend Availability is Required.

Full Time and Part Time positions are available.

Requirements

  • 2 years bartending experience - minimum
  • A person with a great attitude and work ethic, and gets along with co-workers
  • Must be friendly and focused on hospitality toward guests
  • Craft Cocktail Experience with Spirits and Classic Cocktail knowledge
  • Proven experience working at a fast pace in high-stress situations, while remaining calm
  • Must be available to work Nights (dinner shifts) and Weekends. We are open Thursday - Sunday for dinner and Sunday brunch.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
