Job description

The Center at Waterfront is looking to hire PRN Occupational Therapists!

Job Description:ย The primary purpose of these positions are to plan, organize, develop and direct our facilityโ€™s Occupational Therapy Services in accordance with applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines, regulations to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be maintained at all times.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform Occupational Therapy evaluations, complete care plans, establish goals, and communicate frequently with COTAs who will assist in implementing these care plans and goals.
  • Effectively communicate with the DOR, therapy staff, and nursing staff regarding patient progress, barriers, and treatment plans.
  • Verify patient information and appropriately chart, to include therapy notes, treatment times, and labor hours.
