Job description

A World-Changing Company

Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data‑driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more.

The Role

As a USG Enablement Partner you’ll work as part of our deployment teams, closely collaborating with Product Engineers and Deployment Strategists in the field to expand the use of Palantir and serve as a trusted partner to customers on the ground. If you are passionate about supercharging customer growth and mission impact through partnership with Palantir users, we want to meet you.

Enablement Partners are strategic and empathetic communicators who are able to manage client accounts and relationships. Our strengths include the ability to identify gaps in the product and internal operations, build effective and scalable solutions to address these gaps, and execute across a variety of responsibilities. We strive to create paths forward for our clients to ensure they’re supported in their use of innovative technology to solve USG’s most difficult and important problems.

Core Responsibilities
  • Own client relationships and be the end‑to‑end operational interface between these clients and Palantir
  • Drive use of the Palantir platform through on‑the‑ground engagement directly with users
  • Gather insights and pain points to feed back to our Product Engineers and Product Development teams, and collaborate on new developments to ensure they’re meeting our clients’ needs
  • Lead client training sessions in order to amplify enablement across user groups
What We Value
  • Prior experience in high growth operations, account management, and/or project management
  • An adaptive communication style to suit a variety of audiences, including discussing technical requirements and solutions with internal and client engineering teams
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing needs, complete projects with tight deadlines, and proactively manage client stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively manage projects (using task‑tracking applications like JIRA, Asana) and coordinate with Palantir engineers for end‑to‑end implementation
  • Ability to navigate sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Experience with programming, scripting or statistical packages (e.g. Python, R, Matlab, SQL) is a plus
What We Require
  • Active US Security Clearance (TS/SCI)
  • Travel Expectation: minimum 75% time on customer sites (customer onsite locations vary)
Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000 – $170,000 per year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock Units, sign‑on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign‑on bonus, the value of any benefits offered, and the potential future value of any long‑term incentives.

Benefits
  • Employees (and their eligible dependents) can enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as voluntary life insurance
  • Employees are automatically covered by Palantir’s basic life, AD&D and disability insurance
  • Commuter benefits
  • Take what you need paid time off, not accrual based
  • 2 weeks paid time off built into the end of each year (subject to team and business needs)
  • 10 paid holidays throughout the calendar year
  • Supportive leave of absence program including time off for military service and medical events
  • Paid leave for new parents and subsidized back‑up care for all parents
  • Fertility and family building benefits including but not limited to adoption, surrogacy, and preservation
  • Stipend to help with expenses that come with a new child
  • Employees can enroll in Palantir’s 401(k) plan
