Job Responsibilities:

  • Leading the architecture and design of innovative, high-performance solutions supporting NXP's advanced technologies and products.
  • Collaborating with product management, R&D, and customer-facing teams to define and refine solution requirements and roadmaps.
  • Translating complex customer requirements into scalable, modular system architectures and actionable engineering plans.
  • Guiding and mentoring cross-functional engineering teams through the full solution lifecycle-from concept through deployment and support.
  • Driving technical due diligence and feasibility studies for new technology initiatives and strategic customer engagements.
  • Presenting solution architectures to executive stakeholders, customers, and partners, articulating technical value and business impact.
  • Identifying and mitigating architectural risks, ensuring solutions meet stringent quality, reliability, and security standards.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform NXP's technology strategy.

  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools and platforms (e.g., Verilog, VHDL, SystemVerilog, UVM, RTL design, simulation, emulation, cloud orchestration).

Familiarity with AI/ML, security, and data analytics as applied to electronic design automation is a plus.
