Job Summary and Responsibilities

Travel across our 15 states while working for the same company guided by the same policies, procedures, and documentation requirements eliminating those frustrations every assignment.
Grow your nursing experience while helping CommonSpirit Health at Home’s mission of improving the health of the people we serve, especially those who are vulnerable, while we advance social justice for all. You will work with a tenured home health RN, not a recruiter, and a support team that will help you every step of the way to ensure quality 1:1 time with your patients.

Keep employment status
Have Time off between assignments

Keep your seniority
Have Nationwide travel with assignments up to 13 weeks.
Weekly amount stated in the job postings is based on the estimated salary/ hourly rate upon hire and the stipends for the location of the assignment. Your taxable Salary/hourly rate will be negotiated upon hire and NEVER gets reduced. You can rely on a consistent paycheck without fear of “rate reductions.”

**Minimum of one year using HCHB/Pointcare EMR Charting

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Qualifications
- Must have 2 years of recent Home Health/Hospice Registered Nurse experience in the last 12 months.
- Must have 1 year of recent Homecare Homebase (Point Care) experience in the last 12 months.
- Current American Heart Association BLS
