CommonSpirit Health at Home is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Job Description & Requirements

**Minimum of two years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in a home health or hospice setting.
**Minimum of one year using HCHB/Pointcare EMR
RN: Home Health or Hospice
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 8-5
Qualifications
- Must have 2 years of recent Home Health/Hospice Registered Nurse experience in the last 12 months.
- Must have 1 year of recent Homecare Homebase (Point Care) experience in the last 12 months.
- Current American Heart Association BLS
