At NorthBay Home Health, we provide compassionate, one-on-one pediatric home care across the Tampa Bay area. Our dedicated nurses care for childrenfrom infants to young adultspartnering with families and physicians to deliver skilled, safe, and heartfelt care in the comfort of home.


Pediatric Home Health Nurse (RN/LPN) Part-time or Full-time Days rotating weekends
Schedule:12-hour nights (7 AM 7 PM)
Pay Range: LPN $25$31/hr | RN $32$35/hr

What Youll Do

  • Provide safe, skilled 1:1 nursing care in the home setting
  • Follow individualized care plans and promptly report patient changes
  • Deliver compassionate, safety-focused, and preventative care
  • Accurately document patient progress and daily activities
  • Collaborate closely with families, physicians, and the care team

Qualifications

  • Active Florida or Compact RN/LPN license (required)
  • Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross)
  • Pediatric experience with G-tubes, trachs, or ventilators (preferred)
  • 2+ years of home health or acute care experience (preferred)
