Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care

Brightstar Care is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality 1:1 in-home care. Enjoy lower patient ratios, meaningful patient relationships, and a supportive clinical team that values your expertise.

Pay: $30.00 – $34.50 per hour (based on years of nursing experience)

ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do

• Deliver personalized 1:1 in-home nursing care
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing patient evaluations
• Administer medications, treatments, and clinical interventions according to the Plan of Care
• Support patients and families in the home setting
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Document care accurately and communicate patient status with the care team
