These cities, 125 miles north of Minneapolis, are at the heart of the Brainerd Lakes Area, one of the state's top vacation destinations.Education Qualifications:

Educational Requirement:

  • BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing is required. If candidate holds an ADN, a BSN degree is required within 3 years

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years acute care RN experience

As an Administrative Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in overseeing the quality of patient care provided within the facility, ensuring adherence to Essentia Health's policies and procedures. Your leadership will directly contribute to the excellence of patient outcomes and the success of the organization.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing Leadership in Patient Care: You will organize and oversee patient care through thorough assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation processes, ensuring the highest standards of care.

  • Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month.
