Schedule: Full-time | 80 hours/pay period | Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Pay Range: $35.00- $44.00/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

      What you'll do as a Registered Nurse (RN) with Home Health:

      Provide Direct Client Care

      • Initiate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures to ensure client safety and well-being. Monitor and report changes in client conditions, including reactions to treatments or medication, to the physician. Educate, supervise, and counsel clients and caregivers on care needs and support them in managing health challenges at home.

      Maintain Accurate Client Records and Billing

      • Document all services accurately and promptly using Vivie’s EMR system. Demonstrate an understanding of all payer sources and authorization requirements. Complete and document supervisory visits with LPNs and HHAs in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

      Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Quality Care

      • Organize, develop, and direct skilled nursing services following nursing standards, state and federal regulations, and Vivie’s policies. Maintain the highest degree of quality care, customer service, and fiscal responsibility within the Home Health division.

      Communicate Effectively and Collaboratively

      • Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients, families, physicians, referral sources, and the interdisciplinary team. Utilize exceptional verbal and written communication skills to ensure cohesive and effective care delivery.

      Other Duties as Assigned

      • Participation in team meetings, special projects, or assisting in other areas of the organization to ensure client needs are met efficiently. The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and are not necessarily all inclusive.

      This job also requires:

      • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
      • CPR required within 6 months of hire.
      • Valid driver's license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
      • Ability to pass state mandated background check.
      • Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently to communicate with clients, families, and team members.
      • Physical capability to perform job duties, including driving to client locations and providing hands-on care.
