About the Role: 
The Melbourne Clinic, one of Australia's largest private mental health services, is seeking enthusiastic and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to join our growing team in Richmond, Melbourne. We have multiple opportunities available across a range of inpatient mental health programs and specialty services.
As a valued member of our nursing team, you will deliver safe, evidence-based, person-centred mental health care; establish therapeutic relationships with consumers and their support networks; work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team; participate in recovery-focused care planning; support quality improvement and clinical governance activities; and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

The Melbourne Clinic is Australia's largest private mental health service providing 203 inpatient beds, standalone Day Program centre, an Outreach Program, consulting suites at three locations and a Consultation Liaison service.

       Deliver safe, evidence-based, person -centred nursing care within a specialised impatient mental health setting

       Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team

       Ensure patient and staff safety

       Supervise, direct and guide nursing team members; Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to deliver patient care

       Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needs

  •  Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse, with medication endorsement where applicable
