As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couple sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapies tailored to each client's needs.
• Developing treatment plans that address various issues such as grief, family conflict, job stress, and adjustment to life changes.
• Facilitating communication between family members to foster better relationships and understanding.
• Providing support for patients facing challenges related to alcohol abuse and psychological trauma.
• Documenting treatment processes and outcomes effectively using necessary software tools.
• Participating in team meetings and case consultations to enhance care delivery and share best practices.

Your work will primarily focus on families, couples, and individuals. You will be addressing a wide range of issues, including:

• Experiences of loss, trauma, and psychological distress.
• Support for blended families and issues related to remarriage.
• Challenges related to effective communication within families.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong commitment to high-quality patient care and clinical excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across different age groups and backgrounds.
