Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Compassion Care Counseling, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, families, and individuals, focusing on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and addressing emotional and psychological issues.
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals facing various challenges such as relationship issues, grief and loss, and blended family dynamics.
• Collaborating with other clinical staff to coordinate care and discuss treatment progress during regular case consultations.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with company policies and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
