• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health challenges and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches to foster personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, adapting strategies based on their progress.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to accommodate diverse client needs, particularly those with mobility challenges or geographic barriers.

As an LMFT at Vera Healthcare Center, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex relational dynamics. Your role will involve utilizing therapeutic techniques to help clients navigate personal traumas, fostering a sense of hope and recovery. By focusing on systemic approaches, you will help clients understand the relational patterns that contribute to their challenges, guiding them toward healthier interactions and relationships.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or an equivalent field.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients.
• Exhibit empathy and support while maintaining a nonjudgmental approach to clients’ experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle caseload efficiently and effectively.

• Experience in providing therapy for family dynamics, trauma recovery, and mental health disorders.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling methodologies.
• Knowledge of latest evidence-based practices in the field of marriage and family therapy.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, based on experience and credentials.
