At EXALTA Group, our work matters; we help deliver innovative medical technologies that improve and save lives. We’re looking for Assembly Technicians at all experience levels to join our team in our Clean Room (Controlled Environment Area).

Whether you’re just starting out or bringing years of experience, this is your opportunity to develop technical skills, contribute to a high-performing team, and grow into a leadership role.

2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 4:30 PM-2:30 AM

What You’ll Do

As an Assembly Technician, you’ll play a critical role in producing high-quality medical implants and instruments. Your work directly impacts the number of patients we can serve—while maintaining exceptional standards of safety and precision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow blueprints and work instructions to assemble implants and instruments
  • Accurately document inventory usage and packaging processes
  • Perform tasks such as:
    • Instrument assembly (various complexity levels)
    • Cable cutting, welding, orbit forming, and laser etching
    • Clean room labeling, packaging, and documentation
  • Inspect and test completed products using precision tools
  • Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
  • Support material handling and inventory cycle counts
  • Keep your workspace clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA standards
