Job description

Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. This role is responsible for assembling components or products by following specifications, work instructions, and blueprints while upholding quality and safety standards. Job Responsibilities:
  • Assemble small components or parts in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Ability to perform precise, repetitive small-parts assembly, including extended periods of sitting or standing, frequent use of hands and fingers, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintaining quality and focus.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Relevant work experience as a manufacturing assembler.
  • Must have manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
  • The ability to follow standard work procedures.
  • Keen eye and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of quality control principles.
  • Ability in using tools and machines.

Education:
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
