The Role

As a Dispatch Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our service operations by coordinating technicians, scheduling service calls, and ensuring customers receive timely and professional service.

This position requires strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate service calls for HVAC and Refrigeration technicians

  • Monitor technician schedules and dispatch resources efficiently

  • Communicate with customers regarding service requests and appointment updates

  • Maintain accurate service records, notes, and documentation

  • Track service progress and proactively address scheduling issues

  • Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

  • Utilize dispatch software and technology to improve efficiency and workflow

  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of dispatch, scheduling, customer service, or service coordination experience preferred

  • HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, construction, or service-industry experience preferred

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with dispatch software, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
