We are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience construction defect, bodily injury defense, and other insurance defense matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafts motions and/or conduct depositions
  • Excels in a fast-paced work environment
  • Works well individually and as part of a legal team, and be willing to go above and beyond to successfully meet the unique needs of our clients

Qualifications:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in Arizona (additional state licensure is a plus)
  • 3+ years of insurance defense (Required)
  • Experience in construction defect, bodily injury defense, and other insurance defense matters (Preferred)
