Job description

As a Microbiologist Summer Intern, in Indianapolis, IN, you will work alongside experienced scientists to support research projects focused on microbiology and biological sciences.

This internship provides hands-on experience in an industry research environment while offering opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build your professional network. What You'll Do: Assist with laboratory and research activities related to microbiology and biological sciences. Support experiment planning, sample preparation, data collection, and data analysis.

Maintain accurate records and communicate research findings to project teams. Present project updates and a final summary of results to colleagues and peers. Follow all safety protocols and contribute to Corteva's safety culture.

What Skills You'll Need: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Microbiology, Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Plant Biology, or a related field. Minimum GPA of 3.0

Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during the summer. Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and problem-solving skills. Previous laboratory or research experience is preferred.
